BRAKE TESTING INTERNATIONAL LTD is an established independent specialist brake testing organisation providing a full range of inertia dynamometer and related test services to the worldwide braking and friction industries.

BTI Ltd provides customers with independent confidential brake testing services in the areas of Product Development, Type Approval, Self Certification, Conformity of Production, and Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) investigation.

BTI Ltd offers customers full support in the development of bespoke test procedures and test programs, in addition to carrying out a range of standard industry test procedures.

 BTI Ltd has invested in improving the range of services it can offer its customers. BTI has upgraded the hydraulic actuation on its main passenger car dynamometer to allow higher pressures, faster reaction times and the ability to closely follow pressure profiles.

BTI has also made improvements to its NVH chamber in order to provide environmental control. Allowing temperature and humidity to be accurately replicated aiding in NVH investigations.

The same cooling unit can also be used on BTI's standard test enclosures allowing brake components to be cooled to -30ºC
